On Saturday, the tour explores the exhibit Capturing the Inner Essence, which examines Chinese and Japanese portraiture. The exhibition include prints and paintings mainly from the 19th and 20th centuries. It runs from 2 to 3 p.m.
Sunday’s tour looks at the exhibit Emily Carr: On the Edge of Nowhere, which includes a historical survey of Carr’s career and how she was influenced by European, Group of Seven and First Nations artists. It examines Carr’s spirituality and connection to the West Coast landscape. The tour runs from 2 to 3 p.m.
