The Pacific explores 'war of absolute horrors'

Honour among Villains?

Nearly three million Canadians watched Survivor last week as a dastardly blindside orchestrated by "heroes" Colby Donaldson, and New York firefighter and 9/11 survivor Tom Westman, sent scheming nurse Cirie Fields packing. One of the draws for this all-star season, which pits fan-favourite heroes against supposed villains from past Survivor seasons, is how the alleged heroes are proving to be anything but heroic, while the supposed villains are proving there is honour - of a kind - among blackguards, brigands and louts.
