Health show includes 14 speakers

Learn how to deal with depression, battle insomnia, keep your life in balance, become the ultimate vegan, how to use nutritional supplements to support your gluten-free diet and much more at the 22nd Victoria Health Show this weekend.

There will be 14 featured speakers at the two-day event, including Julie Daniluk, co-host of the Oprah Winfrey Network’s Healthy Gourmet.

Tickets are $5 adults or $7.50 for a weekend pass. Children 12 and under free. The show runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Pearkes Recreation Centre, 3100 Tillicum Rd. Free parking. For more information, go to thehealthshows.com/victoria.html.
