The Victoria Writers Festival continues today with readings and workshops at Camosun College.

Admission to all events is $12.

• Writing classes with award winning authors at the Young Building, 10 a.m. to noon;

• Victorious Victoria: Capital and Lower Case: A panel discussion about our city in fact and fiction. Readings with Majorie Celona, Theresa Kishkan, Terence Young and Anny Scoones. Gibson Auditorium, 11 a.m.;

• Reading in Bed: Sex Between the Lines: Readings and a panel discussion with Annabel Lyon, Amber Dawn, Jeanette Lynes, Billeh Nickerson and Sarah de Leeuw. Gibson Auditorium, 1 p.m.;

• Root Memory: Of Trees and Bogs: How we are shaped by our landscape. Readings and a panel discussion with Theresa Kishkan, Maleea Acker, George Szanto and Ken Howe. Gibson Auditorium, 2:45 p.m.;

• Love Familiar: Our Families, Ourselves: Family in fiction, poetry and real life. Readings and a panel discussion with Shaena Lambert, Ayelet Tsabari, Matt Rader and Dede Crane. Young Building, 2:45 p.m.;

• and Meaninglessness: Philosopher and poet Jan Zwicky delivers The Carol Shields Lecture. Gibson Auditorium, 4:30 p.m. ;

• Rapt: an evening of readings by Angie Abdou, Annabel Lyon, Saleema Nawza, Sara Peters, Jay Ruzesky and Ayelet Tsabari. Gibson Auditorium, 7:30 p.m.
