As music's biggest night, the Grammys' mantra has always been about paying tribute to music's biggest stars. Typically, though, they're in the audience -- collecting more trophies than their Versace-clad arms can carry. That was certainly true of Sunday's edition -- with the likes of Adele, Kanye West and the Foo Fighters being lauded. But there was a heavy note to this year's show, broadcast the day after Whitney Houston's passing. The six-time Grammy winner was remembered throughout the evening, but that didn't stop the 54th Annual Grammy Awards from being the marathon, three and a half hour party it always is.
