Eric Findlay, left, vice-president of Victoria-based plumbing supplies company Andrew Sheret Ltd., celebrates his family's 120-year relationship with the Bank of Montreal during a Christmas gathering at the main branch in downtown Victoria. Findlay, the fourth generation of his family to run the business, marked the occasion with Shelly Jensen, BMO vice-president for the Island, and actor Mik Byskov playing Francis Rattenbury, who designed the historic downtown branch. The Bank of Montreal has been operating in Victoria since 1891, with Sheret starting up a year later. The bank has been in its historic building at Douglas and Yates streets since 1924.
