New gin launched

Victoria Distillers has a new product. Empress 1908 Gin was launched at the Fairmont Empress Hotel. Billed as an all-natural, indigo blue spirit, the gin is infused butterfly pea blossom, adding a distinctive indigo blue hue. When citrus or tonic is added, the gin changes colour to a rose petal pink. Victoria Distillers said the gin was inspired by the afternoon tea and cocktail programs at the hotel. “Our team is extremely excited for everyone to taste our gin and become enthralled not only with the color change, but also with the clean and polished flavors of the botanicals,” said Peter Hunt, president of Victoria Distillers.
