Mel Cooper awarded Lifetime Achievement

Mel Cooper, a well-known radio personality, business owner, mentor and philanthropist, was honoured by his peers on Thursday night, taking home the Victoria Chamber of Commerce's coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.

Mel Cooper, a well-known radio personality, business owner, mentor and philanthropist, was honoured by his peers on Thursday night, taking home the Victoria Chamber of Commerce's coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.

Cooper accepted the award at a capacity-crowd gala at the Fairmont Empress Hotel. Dan Dagg, a long-time marketing professional in Victoria and owner of Hothouse, was named Chamber Member of the Year.
